Driveway Sealing: The driveway sealing project will require all vehicles to be prohibited from accessing the driveway for a minimum of 48 hours and no vehicles can be parked on a driveway for 72 hours after your driveway’s sealing is completed. All driveways will be blocked by the contractor. The project will start at 76 thru 92 Merwin Ave and proceed to 10 sandpiper crescent and continue on the even numbered side of the street only until reaching 150 sandpiper. Street parking on the even numbered side will be permitted both days & nights after your driveway has been sealed. We suggest you park in front of your lot or in a parking lot. If you leave a vehicle in your garage you will not be able to remove it. Anyone driving on a sealed driveway before the contractor removes the tapes will be charged for the repairs.

On Tuesday June 9 and Wednesday 1oth the above process will continue at 4 thru 22 Seahawk court and proceed to 7 sandpiper & continue on the odd numbered side until reaching 149. Parking will then be permitted on the odd side in front of your lot.

We realize this necessary maintenance on our new driveways can be inconvenient particularly in areas with tight spaces and limited street parking.

We have planned the logistics of this event to avoid as much disruption as possible. We appreciate your cooperation.

Azek rear step replacement project: Jason has started; he will advise palmer management when there is a code issue because your patio has sunk and needs to be raised or is in dis-repair thus preventing him from installing new steps to meet current code. Patios are a unit owner responsibility. Jason advises that he will not be able to do any patio repairs or replacements this summer. Matt from Milford land has raised and installed patios here and is available. Contact jean at palmer or bill Dowd. As a guide only; matt will charge around $14 per foot…i.e. a 10 foot by 10 foot patio would cost $1,400 using your existing bricks. The cost would be $17 per foot using new bricks. Larger patios or using more exotic pavers would be priced accordingly. We expect to replace at least 50 sets of rear steps this summer. Upon completion of the original sandpiper rear steps; we will then start a conversion project of the Merwin and Seahawk porches to Azek

Irrigation: Fred has opened the system today; may 26 at 5am this morning. He wants the system to run a couple of days before re-setting zones and replacing heads or making any other repairs.

Power washing: once again we have had a successful completion of this project that we schedule every third year. For the future the board is considering to provide this service on a semi-annual basis.

Mulch project: this is the second year where we’ve mulched all the resident front lots in addition to all the common areas. The community looks great.
